Rex Agency is a trading name of S2R Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12003917. Our registered office is 15 Windrush Avenue, Slough, SL3 8ER. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• your name, email address and phone number
• whether you are a parent or guardian, or the driver or rider
• the driver or rider's name, age, discipline and current series, championship or class
• their Instagram or website, the sponsorship you hope to raise, and anything else you choose to tell us

We also record how you reached the site (campaign tags in the web address, known as UTM tags, and the page that referred you) and your IP address. We use your IP address only to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in replying to people who contact us, and taking steps you ask us to take before entering into any contract.

We only accept enquiries about drivers or riders under 18 from a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

We share your information only with the providers we need to run this service, acting on our instructions: our website hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider (Resend). We never sell your data.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are deleted after 24 months. IP addresses are kept only as long as needed for spam protection.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. To use any of these rights, email hello@rexagency-motorsport.com.
